Audis webform sucks
I think my battery is going to die soon. The car sounds very tired when I turn the ignition.
Also, I have had problems with a contact in the door of the driver's seat; this malfunction has the effect that the window doesn't go down when I open the door.
I reported these two problems on the web of Din Bil. A couple of hours later a guy from their service dispatch called me, asking what kind of problems I have. "I wrote that in my 'call for help'", I said. Apparently, the free text field that in which I described my two problems didn't get sent properly so he only knew that something was wrong with the battery, but not what. And that I had problems with my contact in the door... not a clue.
This is only to be expected from Audi...
